All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During busy periods (school holidays, sales, or new releases), processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience!

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $11.99 Australia-wide

• Free Shipping: Orders $100 and over automatically qualify for free standard shipping

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your package has been sent.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Regional and remote areas may experience longer transit times.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make adjustments.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please reach out and we’ll happily assist in tracking it down. We’ll also lodge an inquiry with the courier if required.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent at the customer’s expense.
